In 1990, Mom and I drove from Colorado Springs to Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. It was September and due to colder weather, being near the steaming and bubbling gysers seemed very prehistoric. The park was incredible! We also saw The Grand Tetons, the Crazy Horse Monument in the Black Hills of South Dakota, and Mt. Rushmore.
