For 2 weeks in June and July, 2005, I toured Egypt with 10 others who live in different countries. From the great pyramids of Giza, the enormous Karnak Temple in Luxor, 2 days sailing up the Nile, hiking to the top of Mt. Sinai and snorkeling over coral beds in the Red Sea, it was a fascinating trip! My tour was with Intrepid, based in Melbourne, Australia and the itinerary provided a huge variety of things to see and do.
